Here is a really great party/tailgating recipe that I tried last weekend. It is a dip version of buffalo wings!
3 - 4 chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 bottle of Buffalo Wing sauce (Sweet Baby Rays is good!)
Blue cheese dresssing
Directions:
Cook and shred the chicken breasts.
Either mix all of the ingredients together or you can layer them. I prefer mixing it all together first, so you don't get a huge glob of wing sauce or blue cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers
Note: I haven't made this recipe myself yet, so more exact amounts and pictures will be posted next time I make it!
