My cooking "To Do" list

  2. When we lived in Madison, WI. I used to dream about Monical's thin crust pizzas and Zorbas. I took a tour of Monical's kitchen with my son's class. You will have to use your pasta maker for the dough recipe to get the thin crust. -Tien

  3. Tien...I actually grew up in Tolono and went to school with all of the Monical kids (that is where the original Monical's pizza was). Have you ever tried the thin crust pizza and drizzled their Sweet and Tangy dressing over the top? That is how we all grew up eating their pizza!
